Some dreams look impossible until you become the person brave enough to keep showing up for them!
Behind every graceful moment is a girl who chose to keep going, even in silence.
Every step I once took has refined me for moments like this and as my journey to the Supra stage unfolds, I want to continue showing up as the girl who once dreamed of this moment and is now living it!🌸
More than anything, I hope this journey inspires courage, determination and the belief that with faith, consistency and purpose, your dreams are valid too❤️

My most remarkable highlight was the face of hope preliminary held on the 18th of April.
My talent presentation was spoken words
Titled : THE WORLD AT HER FINGERTIPS.
A piece I curated for the young girls trying to become.the ones with childhood traumas who struggle with emotional regulation and anxieties, the ones who grew up too fast and too quick. The young girls who feel unsafe, unseen and unheard.
The young girls with dreams struggling to navigate life with no support system.
There are so many young adults with internalized trauma, if only it was visible and we could wear them out loud like costumes.
I didn’t become a girl child advocate overnight, I’ve been there, I was once there and I have deep insight of the major challenges faced by young women.
These challenges include unstable childhood, inadequate formal education, early or forced marriage, early or unwanted pregnancy, rape, domestic labour, poor sanitation, insecurity.
I’m focused on creating opportunities for young women to take charge in their futures. This involves the combination of targeted education, mentorship, fostering confidence and dismantling structural barriers to leadership
@faceofhopeofficial thank you for the platform.
This is just the beginning.🤍
