Just fifteen minutes north of Amsterdam, De Adelaar sits on the banks of the Zaan River, a monumental 19th-century soap factory now reopening its doors.
Built in 1858 and restored in 2005, the building spans more than 3,600 m² across four floors, ( size does matter 🫣 ) featuring a rooftop terrace, boathouse, private pier, and 45 parking spaces on its gated waterfront plot.

Studio A, B, C, 101, 14 stay opperating as normal!
Studio A: our versatile daylight studio, and our first-ever space, located on the ground floor with vehicle access for cars and production trucks. Over the years, Studio A has been the choice for brands like @nike , @tommyhilfiger , @mtv and many more, thanks to its spacious layout and unique industrial corners and backdrops.
As a former ship wharf, the space still features an operational 28-ton yellow crane, which has even been used for the creation of an artwork for Art Basel by @Kennedyyanko .

Studio B: our blackout studio space, known for hosting a variety of projects that have garnered over 100 million YouTube views. Notable collaborations include movie premieres with @disney , fashion shoots for @irisvanherpen , and festival performances by @overhetij . Studio B offers a raw aesthetic and full blackout capabilities.

We believe that the tools and frameworks that move creativity forward shouldn’t live behind a paid monthly subscription or be gatekept by production houses. So we built the tool we wished we’d had when we starte.
