Transitions can be hard for a lot of people ~ especially for kids who are off to a new school, or who are starting a new grade.
Its a stressful time for you and for them. To help calm your nervous systems we have added two new Larry the 🐻 stories, AND a new series called Barnacle Bill 🎣 (meant for slightly older listeners).

Another cool thing is that for this story we are actually trying a new format (drumroll please!) Episodic! Yup, this is a 5-part story totally just over an hour in length.

As some of you know we proudly added three new stories to the Story Forest Network site last week.
These new stories all feature Larry the Bear.🐻
In the Lullaby - Larry recounts a visit to Little Pond when he was a little cub. On the way he encounters a fierce late winter storm but is soothingly calmed by a lullaby sung to him by Grandmother Moose. 🦌 (emoji fail 🤣)
In the Northern Lights - Larry's friend Owl teaches Larry about the Aurora Borealis. Sensing that some of his little friends are still awake, he brings them to the top of the mountain for a beautiful view. 🗻
In The Reluctant Flower - Larry sits with a little flower who is afraid to come out of the ground. By building their self confidence, Larry helps this little flower break through.
All of our stories are inspired by nature and the magic of the spirit of the forest. 🌲
We hope you enjoy them alone, or with your friends and family.
They are great for the transition to bed or quiet time in the middle of the day. 💤
