One of the greatest medicines in this world is laughter. Truly. It’s so underrated, yet it’s one of the most healing forces we have and most of us don’t practise it enough!! We walk around thinking that being serious makes us important, that stiffness somehow equals success. But honestly… society looks so tense, rigid, controlled. People forget that the sexiest thing on the human body isn’t abs, boobs, fake lips or a big booty — it’s a smile!! 😃 A real one. The kind that lights someone up from the inside. And the greatest sound? Pure, unapologetic laughter. I love seeing people smile, it melts my heart sounds cheesy but it’s true. I love watching a group of people laugh. I could watch strangers laughing all day, their joy makes me happy. That sound should be the world’s Anthem!! Call me weird, but seeing people smiling, laughing, and just enjoying themselves gives me a peace you can’t buy. Many people don’t know but on my chest I have two Nations tattooed. On my right side is the Sri Lankan flag — my motherland. Her blood runs through my veins, her spirit lights my path. I carry the lion proudly, standing tall with its sword of integrity, power, and strength. It reminds me of where I come from and the resilience that built me.
On my left side, heart side is the Australian flag — the land that raised me. Golden sands, rich red soil, green pastures, safety and opportunity. My tattoo carries the Southern Cross and the Australian coat of arms, but instead of the shield, I have Tasmania. Because that’s my home. My beginnings. My stories. My roots.
People sometimes ask if I regret getting these tattoos so young. My answer is simple: Absolutely not.

One of my favourite quotes I’ve ever created and love to live by is:
“You can’t trip on what’s behind you if you’re moving forward.”
This has become more than a quote for me. It’s an affirmation I repeat daily, sometimes multiple times a day. It reminds me to let go of hurt, failure, disappointment, bad decisions, and the moments I wish I handled differently. Because the truth is, we live moment to moment, but so often we react from our past instead of our present. Understanding this, gives me permission to forgive, release and move forward. Not perfectly, but honestly. And every time I choose to move forward, I make space for more happiness, peace, prosperity, love & tranquility. So try the same with me, Keep moving forward.
