Things are really taking shape out at Richlands! The Prekaro team has completed the tilt panel lift across the entire development, with all precast concrete panels now standing and braced in position.
Building A is leading the way — roof framing and structural steel are now fully in place and the building is fast approaching lock-up stage. The pace on site has been fantastic and we can't wait to show you more as the build continues to progress.

PROJECT COMPLETION 📽️
We’re excited to celebrate the completion of another standout industrial project with @ccsdevgroup at 170–174 Clarke Road, Crestmead. Delivered over 11 months, this $8.3 million development brings together durable construction with well-considered fit-outs. 🙌
Set across a 5,100sqm site with 3,550sqm of GFA, the project delivers 21 tilt panel units. Eleven of these have been completed as warm shell spaces, including mechanical services, joinery, and carpet, ready to suit a range of tenants.
Early subsurface rock conditions presented a challenge, but the team adapted quickly, bringing in larger rock-breaking equipment and resequencing works to keep the program moving. Fit-out trades were brought forward without impacting the overall timeline.
The result is a cohesive, high-quality industrial precinct that balances function with a clean, modern finish. Clarke Road Commons, Crestmead is now complete and ready for occupancy.
