This is supposed to be a 3 month review but decided to stretch it out 7 months instead lol I’ve been rocking these tires for the last 7 months and overall have really enjoyed them! These tires are more on the affordable end of the market which means there are going to be some trade-offs in terms of performance. Here are my honest opinions:
Let’s start with the pros.
- Cost. They run atleast $100 cheaper per tire compared to other brands
- Style Points. Very aggressive tread pattern and dual sidewall design is aesthetically pleasing
- Performance. Excellent off-road traction in all conditions + Great performance on road in both wet and dry conditions. I had zero issues with sliding around in rain compared to my previous tires.
- Durability. The tread is holding up great and wearing evenly
- Sizes. Huge variety at tire sizes to fit the needs of your build
Now for the cons..
- Road noise. Whether you are going 30 mph or 70 mph you will hear these Tires. That’s the trade-off you get we’re going with a large sized aggressive offroad tire.
- Potential Balancing issues. You definitely have to go somewhere that can road force balance these. I can only speak to a D rated 37 inch tire on a 17 inch rim so that may be more unique to my situation and choice of tire size, but just something to be aware of
