One year later, and this 7.5-acre South Winnipeg project is well underway—on track for completion in October 2026. ⁠ ⁠ This $30M facility will be a pre-engineered structural steel building, finished with insulated metal panels for long-term performance and efficiency.⁠ ⁠ Built to support the manufacturing of school bus safety equipment, this is a space designed with purpose—backing products that help keep students safe every day.⁠ ⁠ From early procurement to navigating supply challenges, our team has stayed adaptable—working with trusted partners and prioritizing Canadian sourcing wherever possible.⁠ ⁠ We’re proud to be part of a project that’s not only building a facility, but creating opportunity—bringing up to 200 jobs to the community in the years ahead.

PROJECT FEATURE: Mercedes Benz⁠ ⁠ Built between 2014–2015, this 60,000 sq. ft. Mercedes-Benz dealership was one of the first to bring the brand’s new prototype design to life.⁠ ⁠ From a 16,000 sq. ft. underground showroom and parking level to second-floor offices overlooking the main floor, every detail was designed to elevate the customer experience. Complete with a two-door service drive-thru and a 14-bay service facility.⁠ ⁠ But getting there wasn’t easy.⁠ ⁠ During one of Manitoba’s wettest summers on record, relentless rain and silt-heavy soil turned the underground build into a constant battle. With the basement flooding more than once before we could stabilize the site and push forward.⁠ ⁠ Overcoming the challenges, it now stands as a flagship dealership and the first of many commercial projects we’ve delivered for this client.

PROGRESS UPDATE: The Capri Flats ⁠ ⁠ Hollow-core installation is officially underway.⁠ ⁠ Just days ago, you could see the sky from the main floor; today, we’re standing on the third floor. ⁠ ⁠ By using precast slabs, we aren’t just building for strength; we’re building for speed. These planks give us an immediate, solid platform, allowing our crews to move straight into vertical framing without the wait.⁠ ⁠ Once complete, The Capri Flats will be a modern 10-storey, 240-unit residential building along Pembina Highway, designed as a vibrant urban community. Thoughtfully planned suites, shared amenities, and landscaped outdoor spaces create homes that are functional, comfortable, and connected to the city.⁠

PROGRESS UPDATE: The Cambridge ⁠ ⁠ Across the street from our recently completed multi-family development, “The Pemby,” we stopped to check in on the progress at our next undertaking, “The Cambridge.” Currently in the early stages of breaking ground.⁠ ⁠ Once complete, The Cambridge will be a six-storey multi-family residential development along Pembina Highway in Winnipeg, featuring 87 thoughtfully designed rental suites within a purpose-built urban infill project.
