The mistake was thinking she was the reason.
The truth is: the standard was the reason.
A man needs his own standards.

Back and biceps! CrossFit and hyrox has allowed me to go much heavier. I was building strength along with my endurance.
Took a break this week to let my joints heal. Allot of wear and tear on these Olympic lifts. Recovery is decent. Still haven’t found a recovery spa as good as @davidlloydcricklewoodlane
