PRB IN RESIDENCE AT ZAK + FOX   The PRB Collection at Zak + Fox is a collaboration born from an enduring curiosity for historical design. The residency is conceived as an invitation: to see the familiar with new clarity, to approach the unknown with a sense of wonder, and to experience objects that feel at once rediscovered and newly born. Within the showroom, PRB’s collection of vintage furniture and objects settle into dialogue with both new and longstanding Zak + Fox’s textiles, wallpaper, and handmade rugs — each amplifying the other. In concert, they create an entirely new, imagined world. Designers, collectors, and adventurous minds are invited to step inside, explore, and shop the continuously evolving PRB collection at Zak + Fox through August 2027.   See the collaboration at Zak + Fox in New York City.   Photographed by Stephen Kent Johnson Styled by Mieke ten Have Interiors by Zak Profera

The word qualia comes from philosophy, describing the raw, subjective sensations that make every experience uniquely our own. How does one explain what it feels like to experience the warmth of sunlight, the scent of a gardenia, or the sound of thunder? They are inherently personal experiences and cannot be explained or measured from the outside. These fleeting impressions shape 14 new designs that move between touch and sight, sensation and remembrance, forming emotional connections between what is real and what is felt.   Creative Director: Zak Profera Photographer: Stephen Kent Johnson Art Director: Andrew Stewart Producer: Tricia Carroll Production Assistants: Steven Rivas and Maria Quesada-Vega Logistics: GNLE   ***************
