✨ SOLAR RETURN • A DANCE TO REBIRTH ✨
This gathering was born through divine orchestration.
At one point, it almost did not happen.
And yet, when something is meant to be, life rearranges itself.
What unfolded was not an event.
It was a remembering.
Bodies moved as prayers.
Breath became ceremony.
Cacao opened hearts.
Joy became medicine.
Light activated within the body.
Within the heart.
Within the cells.
Ancient healing moved through the room.
Through bloodlines.
Through DNA.
Touching the past, the present, and the generations yet to come.
We danced in ecstasy.
We healed while laughing.
We released while celebrating.
Over 40 souls entered the same field and each left changed.
Every person shared the same truth.
This was one of the most powerful experiences of their life.

This is not a phrase.
It is a frequency.
For my Solar Return, my birthday, I was given the honor of serving this space.
Every facilitator arrived with pure intention, to serve love and to co-create Heaven on Earth.
This is what happens when community gathers in truth.
This is what happens when light is activated.
This is rebirth.

✨ It was such an honor to help hold sacred space at the Pranic Evolution Rebirthing Breathwork event at The Goddess Loft in Garden City hosted by @hardypatel07@nikit4.love & I.
We so intentionally prepared the space from the altar adorned with candles, crystals, flowers, and sacred symbols to every loving detail that carried the vibration of healing. Every corner was infused with care and reverence for the deep transformation about to unfold.
We also poured gratitude into the two incredible owners of @the.goddessloft@mirvkat & @awakenyourgoddess for all the intention and love they’ve cultivated in this sanctuary of feminine energy and healing.
Through rebirthing breathwork and hypnotherapy, participants experienced powerful somatic and energetic releases — emotions, memories, and tension stored within the body finally finding freedom through the breath. With meditation and affirmations, everyone reconnected back to the essence of their true selves. 🌬💫
Each event reminds me of the resilience of the human spirit and the power of healing when we feel safe to surrender.

From deep hypnotherapy sessions to expansive Song of the Soul Reiki circles, hearts opened and wounds softened. In the Pranic Evolution Rebirthing Breathwork Ceremonies, lifetimes of patterns were released as participants courageously faced their inner shadows. Sound healings vibrated through every cell, reconnecting each soul to its essence, while the cacao circles invited everyone to remember their divinity and drink deeply from the well of love within.
Every moment was held with such care, devotion, and reverence for the journey — a reminder that true transformation happens when we gather in community for the highest purpose of healing. 🌿✨
It was especially unique and heart-touching to have Hardy’s mom with us, a beautiful reminder that these teachings ripple across generations.

🌿✨ A Portal Opened in the Jungle ✨🌿
We just returned from one of the most transformational weeks of our lives with 34 beautiful souls that jumped in to the portal of transformation. Held at the breathtaking @imiloa.institute , a 5 star ecoliving sanctuary in the Costa Rican jungle, this retreat was more than a getaway—it was a soul awakening.
Together, we dove into the depths of breathwork, hypnotherapy, Kirtan, sacred movement, generation healing, inner child healing, and radical self-love. Each moment was a mirror, a breakthrough, a remembrance of who we truly are.
Our incredible facilitators—Hardy, Nikita, Davey Joe, Alicia, Fairy Hawk, Heather, and Heilin—wove a sacred tapestry of healing, each offering their unique magic to guide others into the vibration of pure unconditional love. Hearts were opened. Tears were released. Laughter echoed through the jungle. Souls remembered their divinity.
This retreat was birthed as a celebration of our beloved Sapana’s 44th birthday—and what unfolded was beyond what any of us could have imagined. Synchronicities danced through each day. Divine timing revealed itself in every session. The jungle held us as we shed old skins and stepped into new timelines of truth, love, and liberation.
This is the work we live for.
