KAT SPECIAL is a bodyworker whose work centers deep listening, nervous system regulation, and embodied care. alongside bodywork, she holds a deep love for herbalism and tea, drawing on plant wisdom to support rest, resilience, and everyday ritual. her approach blends skilled touch with a reverence for slow, relational medicine. rooted in a deep belief of community care, KAT is passionate about creating spaces where people feel connected to their bodies, to the land, and to one another. Altadena has been home to KAT for several years, and she is honored to share the medicine that has walked alongside her through grief, joy, and a deep adoration for this beautiful place 🫖💚

SEEMA SERAJ is a ceremonialist, psychotherapist, community organizer, musician, and registered yoga teacher. she has facilitated group healing retreats and educational experiences for the past fifteen years. her studies include academic degrees in anthropology, psychology, and teaching, as well as personal studies in the indigenous, Mestizo, and syncretic traditions across the Americas. SEEMA also lost her home in the Eaton Canyon Fire in 2025, and she is passionate about contributing her experience in personal and collective healing towards rebuilding Altadena 🫖💚
