@deckchairdesigns has landed at PS! Deckchair is a new label by final year fashion student @simran.mackrani , created for the @studiofourpopup last year (but living on beyond a uni assignment). We’ve scored some stunning merino wool pieces that are so perfect for this in-between weather and for layering as we move into winter.
All of the fabric has been mindfully sourced and each piece was made by the designer! Don’t let the apparent simplicity of these items fool you… they are not just your regular everyday basics. Simran has taken the time to perfect the cut and choose the right fabrics, creating understated and intentional wardrobe staples that you will reach for over and over and over again. They’re a bit luxe and a bit fun. Have you worn merino wool before? If not, prepare to be converted.

Sometimes I put off finishing an alteration that I’ve never done before/ am not sure will work. Ever-patient Irenie asked for elbow patches and some moth hole repairs on a beloved jumper and it turned out to be one of my favourite repairs of all time. How cute are these little merino wool elbow ovals!!! 😭
All these new tees up online! Most of them tiny, like size XS-M but a couple of XL pink angels from @allangelsarealiens are in there too! Last of the baby tees by locals @roughpoppy , @_blackfish_designs and @clauds_thestudio are also featured in this drop, patiently waiting for their person.

@sister_studios has officially landed at Practice! I’ve been admiring this label’s work since before PS even existed and so it’s literally a dream come true to get to rep their beautiful pieces in Brissy.
Designer Emma Cutri focuses on low impact, ethical production - making pieces locally, and largely from deadstock materials.
