This one was for Miss Catalonia.
It is inspired by the Catalan - bold and shiny colors.
The skirt has ruffle to refer to the flamenco. We wanted a “sexy” skirt for her, so she can show her legs and embody her character. And she also has a scarf/ shall with her colors.
