Behind every powerful image and moving frame is a body at work. Photographers and videographers often experience work-related pain due to long hours and repetitive movements. This study aims to raise awareness and improve prevention. 📝 If you are a photographer or videographer based in Kigali, please fill out the form via the link in my bio. Your participation matters.

My first time teaching a masterclass, and I’m so grateful to have done it in Rwanda! 🇷🇼 The Rwandan photography community has been one of the biggest supporters of my work, so this felt only right. I’m incredibly grateful to everyone who showed up with openness and curiosity, and to the organizers who took the initiative to make this possible. ( @douxfree and the team from @pprwanda @iriistheplanet our amazing mc and moderator 👏🏾) This experience reminded me that teaching and sharing your story doesn’t have to wait for a “perfect” point in your journey. There’s space to teach, to learn, and to grow alongside one another, which is something I want to keep leaning into. I’m excited to have begun this chapter and am looking forward to many more moments in community with the photographers of Rwanda. 📸: @umuntuu & @jihleh 🤝

The panel session was truly exciting and educative! We learned from incredible professionals and enjoyed the wisdom they shared with us. One of the greatest gifts World Photography Day should leave us with is the spirit of learning and connecting, and this session did just that. Camera: @mucyo_photos
