The Supreme Court has extended their stay in the Louisiana et al. v. Food and Drug Administration case, restoring access to sending mifepristone by mail!

The Supreme Court has temporarily allowed mifepristone to be sent by mail again. For now, patients can continue to access medication abortion via telehealth as normal until at least Thursday, May 14.
While this case is far from over, nothing has changed to our medication abortion protocols for now, and medication abortion remains safe and legal.
