New Coffee: Rwanda Mbilima CWS
This lot was sourced from Mbilima hills, where coffee thrives under shade trees like Grevillea and Umbrella Tree. Fully ripe cherries are handpicked and pulped the same day. Using the honey process whereby a layer of fruit remains on the beans as they dry slowly on raised beds, building natural sweetness and depth over 25-30 days.
This results in a cup that is filled with summer fruits - Red Apple, Berries, finishing with Red Tea. Perfect iced or hot, this coffee will be a crowd-pleaser.

Suke Quto has been one of our long-term coffee partners since 2014, and they have been our crowd's favourite since. Suke Quto is loved for its bright floral and citrusy notes, tasting of Nectarine, White Florals, Citrus.
However, there's more to Suke Quto than just a cup of coffee. Suke Quto is the result of the effort and love for coffee and the environment Tesfaye Bekele, founder of the Suke Quto farm has.
When he saw first-hand how large bush-fires destroyed forests while working in the government sector dedicated to protecting the environment and natural resources, he sought to rebuild the area, which was then dominated by cattle farms by proposing the idea of replanting forests with coffee trees to enhance diversity.
When the people were sceptical of his idea, he started his own coffee plot to show how coffee could be a great way to preserve Guji's forests. After witnessing the first harvest, the community came to him for seedlings. That was the start of Guji coffees' road to fame.
Today, Suke Quto owns 221 hectares in the Guji highlands, including a washing station and drying mill. Over 200 seasonal workers are employed to pick and process the coffee at the mills during harvest. Tesfaye maintains soil health by organic recycling through litterfall, root residue, and shade trees. Coffees from Suke Quto are all Organic and Rainforest Alliance certified.

New Coffee: India Chikmagalur Giri Ruchi
Grown in the hills of Chikmagalur, a well-known coffee-producing region in India, this washed coffee reflects careful cultivation and processing, contributing to a clean and balanced cup profile.
It features a medium body with notes of Chocolate, Hazelnut, and complemented by a soft sweetness of Apricot. Smooth, rounded, with a gentle, lingering finish, its taste is extremely approachable, making it suitable for everyday drinking and/or mindful tasting.
