🏛️ For now, mifepristone — a safe, FDA-approved medication used in abortion and miscarriage care — can still be provided through telehealth, mailed to patients, and dispensed by certified pharmacies where abortion is still legal.
But these attacks are not stopping. Even without new restrictions today, they have already created confusion, fear, and uncertainty for patients and providers across the country — and that is part of the strategy, not just to ban abortion, but to push people further away from care.

🏛️ The Supreme Court has extended access to mifepristone through Thursday. We’ll keep sharing updates as they come, but while this case continues to move through the courts, medication abortion remains available through telehealth and by mail in states where it is legal.
📣 We have said it before and we’ll keep saying it: Everyone deserves access to safe, legal abortion care without political interference.

🚨This is what happens when extremists stack the courts and use every possible avenue to block access to health care. Mifepristone is safe and has been FDA-approved for over 20 years, but this has never been about science—it’s always been about control. This ruling is just another loophole to restrict abortion access, even in states where it’s still legal.
When we vote, we’re not just choosing legislators, governors, mayors, or presidents—we’re also shaping the courts that will decide whether our rights are protected or stripped away when politicians fail us. November is coming, and Texans will remember.
