Showtime Saturday!
One of our favorite annual traditions, always leading into WUAS tech week, is performing at the Pleasant Hill Art & Wine Festival! Bringing magic to our audiences and connecting with our communities is what we do best-plus, any chance we get to sing for-and with-kids is our favorite thing to do!
“What a magical fantasta-rrific day at the Pleasant Hill Art and Wine Festival!! This is one of my favorite events sharing music and joy with our local communities. We love a good sing-along and everyone who joined us really sang and danced their hearts out! I left feeling so fulfilled and inspired!“ - Heather
Thank you, Sam Samuels, for inviting us once again to participate in this magical event! 💚✨
It’s “Flight Crew Friday”!

Throwback Thursday!
After yesterday’s magical Wish Wednesday post, we were reminiscing about all of the magical places WUAS has visited in the past 20 years-including many senior living communities and nonprofit organizations.
Imagine our joy today when we revisited some of those same locations on our annual “Spring Sing” tour featuring The Stay At Tone Moms!
What an incredible experience it is to bring joy to others through the magic of music! In fact, it’s our entire mission!
Thank you, Stay At Tone Moms, for another inspiring tour. Next Spring you may be side-by-side with another tour… maybe it’s time to take WUAS back on the road. 😉💚✨
⭐️ Wish Wednesday! ⭐️
In 2018, our special forever friendship with @makeawishsf began, and we kicked off our connection with PPF’s year of wishes! We raised money, made fundraiser merch, helped with countless wish reveals, created nonstop magic… and all to benefit our beloved Make-A-Wish!
The year ended with a special performance, where we even received an incredible award! And the show we performed?… You guessed it! WUAS! We put on a very special abridged matinee where Wish kids and the community come together to watch - and create! - true magic with their favorite fairytale characters!!
It was truly a wish come true for all of us!! 💚✨
True Love Tuesday. 💚✨
Two posts in one day?… only when you get a testimony that is so moving and enchanting, that you just can’t wait to share it!
@aaron_shires , we loved this beautiful story so much. And we you so much!
Every role you ever played for us was beyond magical. But our FAVORITE of all time was YOU. YOU are the most magical, Aaron, and we’re so happy that you found yourself, your love, and your light. 💚✨
P.S. Watch the whole story to see a video that Aaron didn’t realize we had held onto all this time-he loved the surprise! Clearly we could tell there was something extra special about that particular audition! 😘❤️
Two worlds, one family~
Today we spent the morning with our favorites over at @balletschoolwc !!
We have so many special chapters together; from shared stages to shared storage and shared performers to shared philosophies!! And we can’t wait for our story to continue. Past, present, and future… we love all of the memories we’ve made, and all of the moments yet to come!
Be sure to tune in here later this week to see how our Ballet School family is part of the magic of our final flight! 💚🎶
Mayor Monday!
Ok, that may not be an actual insta-phrase, but you know we love our alliterations! Plus, we have amazing news! Yesterday, at our final WUAS rehearsal at the treehouse, we received proclamations from two cities, Lafayette (where we rehearse) and Pleasant Hill (where we perform)-both signed by their respective mayors!
These incredible documents-accompanied by a truly touching presentation-are a testament to how “Wish Upon A Star” has endlessly inspired performers, audiences, and communities for two decades.
Thank you to Mayor Carl Anduri, Mayor Zac Shess, and the cities of Lafayette and Pleasant Hill. Your acknowledgment and support mean the world to us! 💚✨
Mother’s Day… but make it WUAS:Final Flight! 💚✨
We love how many mommas are joining their babies onstage,
backstage, and in spirit at the show this year! You can feel that special love in every scene and at every rehearsal, and we know this will be a forever memory for all of them!!
Thank you for sharing these special photos with us, WUAS mamas… and thank you for all that you do and all that you are! 💚✨
