Our ‘24/25 YCPE Residency at @dublincityuniversity recently culminated with a collaborative art piece called ‘Into The Light’. Children from two schools, @southcitycns & @ppetns and students from the B Ed 3 Visual Art specialism module ‘Artists in Classrooms’ with lecturer @lucy.hi.ll were invited to engage with the work through workshops, led by @grovesygirl ✨
Their contributions informed this dynamic, evolving artwork that extends into the space, casting shifting patterns of colour and light, transforming the space.
This collaboration between @dublincityuniversity and @thearkdublin is a testament to the power of arts education, fostering creativity and cultural engagement in young minds.
