I was looking for carp when I saw this big bass cruising in front of the boat just under the surface.
This bass didn’t see me, and I had the chance to immediately cast my small imitation crayfish.
Great fight, no jump, but only a powerful run.
When @kristi.is.a.lil.fishy put it in the net, I realized this was my PB large mouth bass, 55 cm (21.65 in) X 3.62 kg (8 pounds). I will never forget catching two big bass in the same week!
