It has been a week since @manilaimprovfest and I have been trying to find time to properly pen down my thoughts in detail but also my thoughts have been mostly interrupted by my two adorable gremlins (and work) since I got home. So I will use a good (albeit dated) Hilary Duff song to underscore this post (and represent my feelings) and post something quickly before the daughter wakes up from her nap.
Thankful for the time to perform, learn, and teach and also for the community of supportive, encouraging folk with wild and creative ideas that inspire me each and every time I find myself back in Manila for the festival.
And to @lesmusicables.sg thank you for trusting in my ENFP brain. Thank you for the joy, fun and togetherness in playing with each other. I ❤️ you all incredibly much.
Also shout out to the husband @amosyeo (+ in-laws and Auntie Wanti) for holding down the fort at home so I can have the space to go away and do this 😘
We've been in the Singapore improv scene for a while now but ASAP improv actually started as a wedding act 😀
