This Tampa Bay office hosts an annual epic construction competition with $130,000+ in cash prizes 🏗️💸
Every year, Tampa Bay’s largest private employer, @powerdesigninc , hosts an epic “Tough Rougher” competition. Six teams of 15 from across Power Design compete for cash prizes totaling over $130,000. And most importantly? Bragging rights. 💸
The best in pre-fabrication, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing, put their skills to the test in precision, speed, and safety. All in their stunning training building, CAMP, where each team prepared and roughed identical units, livestreamed across the Power Design campus.
🔥🍖 And the next day? They judge Power Design’s annual company BBQ competition before finding out which Tough Rougher team placed first, winning $70,000!
