Stand 6-492
This Mental Health Awareness Week, weāre recognising the importance of taking action to support mental wellbeing ā whether thatās checking in with someone, asking for help, or simply having a conversation.
At Poultec, our apprentices and study programme learners are supported throughout their journey by experienced tutors and our safeguarding team, who are there to listen and help when needed.
We understand that everyone learns differently and that life outside of learning can sometimes bring challenges too. Thatās why learners are encouraged to speak openly with their tutors or safeguarding team about any concerns or struggles, so we can adapt support where needed and help them continue to progress positively.
We believe supportive learning environments can make a real difference to confidence, wellbeing, and personal growth.
