We are already acting as Employerโs Agent on the project, and this new appointment further strengthens our involvement in this major multi-phase development.

Last Thursday, our Colchester team took part in a volunteering day at Highwoods Country Park with @tcv_theconservationvolunteers !
The team spent the day installing natural fencing beside the lake, using timber stakes and bramble sourced directly from within the park. The work helps protect the lakeโs natural habitat by creating a barrier between the visitors and local wildlife.
A brilliant way to give back to the local community while helping to preserve a much-loved green space for future generations.

Weโll be joining our project partners BW interiors, @stace_llp and @imperialcollege to celebrate the achievement, and weโre wishing the project the very best of luck on the night.
This was a complex scheme delivered under a highly compressed design and construction programme, with works carefully planned around operational teaching periods and a phased handover to accommodate earlyโstage access constraints. The project transformed Level 3 from a mixture of study and office space into new lecture theatres and enhanced teaching and study environments, supporting Imperial College Londonโs wider need to increase teaching capacity across campus.
We acted as the #QuantitySurveyors and were involved from Stage 1, negotiating the Contract Sum with the main contractor and providing full cost management services throughout. Our team delivered monthly cost reporting, budgeting for all project and fee costs, and advising on acceleration measures to support programme delivery. The project successfully completed in September 2025.
Looking forward to celebrating with the team and wishing the project all the luck at this yearโs awards.
