Been Sitting for Hours? Here’s Part 2 to Reset Your Posture Long hours at a desk, in the car, or on the couch? Your body adapts—but not in a good way. The hip flexors—especially the psoas—get tight and shortened. Your glutes weaken, your pelvis tilts forward (anterior tilt), and your alignment gets thrown off. That shift doesn’t stop at your hips.
