He works closely with contractors and project teams to deliver accurate pricing and identify value-driven opportunities along the way. His detail-oriented approach plays a key role in setting projects up for success.

With nearly 32 years in the construction industry, he brings extensive experience across both residential and commercial projects, including over 9 years on the GC side. Agustin has spent several years in leadership roles, including time as an assistant superintendent and over 7 years as a superintendent. Originally from Mexico, he has lived in the U.S. for 35 years and is a proud husband and father of three.

James brings a strong focus on project controls, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, cost tracking, and keeping schedules on track, all while collaborating closely with field teams, architects, and consultants to keep projects moving forward. Known for being organized and direct, he ensures nothing falls through the cracks and is currently working toward his PMP certification.
Originally from Ghana, James has been in the U.S. since 2009, spent several years in New York City, and has called Texas home since 2018.

Celebrating 10 years in construction, Paul brings a wealth of experience across multiple sectors...including industrial, commercial, government, aviation, and residential; working with both general contractors and trade partners across several states.
Outside of work, he’s an active volunteer in his community and church, with a passion for outreach and service. He’s also a decorated amateur in Mixed Martial Arts with over 35 bouts and enjoys staying active, exploring new restaurants, and perfecting his barbecue skills.

Originally from Brooklyn, New York, Marshall brings a strong background of discipline and teamwork after serving six years in the Navy and three years in the Merchant Marines.
