Working on my next sound installation, I try to revise and reconsider how all of my birds can sound together, how many birds I can bring into one space, how reverb actually works, and whether all species can coexist without conflict. Or maybe one might dominate the others. There are still a lot of questions I need to find answers to.
In this performance, I tried to combine many different bird in one space along with barely heard atmospheres that create subtle sonic layers. Everithing Recorded on Tape.
