this show started with a question: what do you actually want to say?
for months, this cast has been answering that,
▪️ thru movement
▪️ thru music
▪️ thru writing things down they've never said out loud before
'This Time Matters' isn't adapted from anything
it's not based on a book or a film
every word comes from them

every community action project starts with a question
and it grows out of what comes up in rehearsal 🎭 & what's happening in the cast's lives
from there, they design & lead projects across NYC, creating space for open conversation, sharing their experiences & learning from each other 💬
this is one way young people take an active role in addressing the issues that matter to them in their communities 🤝
what happens after the show ends? 🎭
the cast begins designing projects focused on issues that matter in their communities
they ask questions, listen and share their perspectives in public spaces across NYC 💬
.
.
on march 18, the cast of 'At Ease' will host a conversation about military recruitment & the choices young people face
community action projects are one way the work continues beyond the stage 🤝
Looking for a place where your voice matters? 🤍
At The Possibility Project, young people come together to talk about what’s really going on in their lives, then turn those conversations into original music + theater 🎭
There’s no script handed to you, no “right” thing to say
The work starts with what you bring into the room

▪️69 young people created new work together 🎭
▪️3 original musicals written from their own lives
▪️1,200+ audience members showed up to listen
but the real impact isn’t the numbers
it’s young people learning to lead, speak up, and trust each other 🤍
the curtain closes, the confidence stays ✨
