Every year I’m reminded how lucky I am to live inside a world built by passionate, wildly talented humans. To every artist, songwriter, producer, mixer, engineer, and contributor whose work fueled my 2025 — thank you. My career “why” has always been simple: To exist alongside the very creatives who remind me why I fell in love with music — and in turn, with life. There is no better example than @pj.bianco and the @eveningelephants . Back in April 2022, I remember @nuddle telling me about a band that was inspiring him to make the kind of selfless, free-fall jump into management — the kind I know intimately and respect immensely; and I remember exactly how I felt when he first played me their original demo of “Dead or Alive” — and in that moment, I said two things without hesitation: 1. This band is incredibly, insanely special — and you MUST get involved. 2. If they’re ever looking for a collaborator who will not only understand their magic, but amplify it with integrity, it has to be PJ Bianco — my dear friend, client, mentor, closest creative partner of the last decade and greatest artist developer I’ve ever known. Now, three years later, I’m wildly grateful to say those very things did indeed happen — and the stampede behind the Elephants has only grown: in force, vision, and purpose. And somehow, their story is still only just getting started… Today, I’m honored to share that Evening Elephants’ @republicrecords (massive shoutout @brymontesano ) debut EP — “Carefree, very” — is here: a magical, wild, reckless, and spiritual gateway into one of the most inspired worlds I’ve ever had the privilege of helping build. My gratitude grows by the day for this band of rare humans I’m proud to call my brothers — and so does the pipeline of incredible, soul-shaking music. Back in February, I quietly bought the domain offtherecord.care — because I couldn’t stop thinking about how many artists, managers, and music folks I’ve seen over the years struggle to navigate this incredibly unique industry without a real blueprint. Managers doing everything they can without ever being taught how. Artists figuring out what it truly means to be the artist. Creatives and professionals alike trying to find and maintain stability. Everyone searching for peace in their process — doing their very best yet quietly unsure what’s working, and what isn’t. I’ve always been that gut-check friend — the calm voice, the optimizer, the one people call when things feel tangled. Some call it big brother energy. Some call it ‘their nurturing Jewish mother.’ Either way — it’s always been me. There are so many people who would benefit from that kind of support. So I built a space where they could actually find it. To say “you’re not crazy.” To help you prepare for the waves before they hit. To help you recognize the many lights who will guide you along your way. I’m proud to finally share the first official project from Well Intended Ventures: @offtherecord.care . This isn’t therapy or some packaged coaching program. THIS is why I got into the music business: to work and make music with my idols. Today is a true ‘pinch me’ moment - I’ve been a massive fan of @chrislake , @chrislorenzo66 , and their @antiupmusic project for years, and having had the honor of uniting these UK legends with the fellow UK legend that is @olly_burden has been one of the greatest honors of my career to-date.
