As the founder and head of Poshplatter CATERING and in my vast years of Catering services, I am delighted and humbled to share this catering experience of extraordinary distinction from our last event at The Sheraton Dallas Hotel by the Galleria on the 29th of July ‘23.
Having been in the catering industry for many years, I can confidently say that Scrum Vibe Gala Night and get-together party stands out as one of the most remarkable and enjoyable events I have had the privilege to serve. I’ve never seen or had such awesome and overwhelming feeling from an event as this particular one.
The fact that they are esteemed group of I.T experts and Gurus, they chose Poshplatter after tough and thorough selection procedures. This fills me with immense pride, gratitude and confidence. We put our heart and soul into crafting menus and style that would leave a lasting impression in them, and the positive response we received from every single member and, notably, their Boss Man, COACH J, @scrumvibes was truly heartwarming and remarkable👌🏽

Referred through a trusted vendor @supereventzz , Ima (celebrants mom) gave us the privilege to serve at this vibrant and diverse gathering, bringing together guests from different cultures including Nigerians, Indians, Chinese, and Caucasians. 🌍🍽️
The atmosphere was colorful, the energy warm, and the feedback? Absolutely amazing! Guests not only enjoyed the meals but came back for more 😋👏

On April 4th, we had the privilege of curating an intimate, high-touch dining experience for our celebrant, Fatimah fondly called FMK 💃🏽. The Birthday party is a refined gathering of selected guests who flew in from across the United States 🇺🇸.
From a thoughtfully curated menu to flawless execution, every detail reflected her unique taste and feel. Signature highlights included our rich Native Rice 🍛, silky Eko with spicy Pepper Soup 🥣🔥, and perfectly roasted plantain with savory sauce 🍌.
We prepared a bold, elevated spread that had guests coming back for more… and even packing takeaways for the journey home👌🏽❤️

A milestone celebration thoughtfully planned by none other than Deacon Samuel Adeboyejo himself, whose clarity of vision made execution seamless and exceptional for Posh Platter Catering.
The thanksgiving service held at RCCG, Lighthouse For The Nation was uplifting, followed by a vibrant reception at Mansfield Activities Center filled with over 300 guests from Texas, across the U.S., and those who flew in from Nigeria 🌍.
This event was especially meaningful to us, not just as caterers, but as trusted partners over the years. From consistent referrals to unwavering support, we’re deeply grateful. It was a privilege for me to serve and even celebrate as both Chef and Guest at this event 👨🍳💫
