This one came from a moment I didn’t expect to matter.
Just standing still, watching a buzzard circle overhead.
It felt like something I needed to see that day.
The Gift
It’s on display at my exhibition until the end of the month @natashapearlgallery if you’d like to come along.

“Kingdom” captures that moment looking out across a vast, shifting landscape as the weather rolls in.
Just as you think the rain is about to arrive, everything pauses. And then. A fleeting glimpse.
A golden eagle, moving effortlessly through its element.
A reminder that this landscape belongs to something far older, wilder, and beyond us 🪶
This piece will be part of my upcoming solo exhibition at Natasha Pearl Gallery this May @natashapearlgallery

Welcome welcome! Art has the capacity to transport our minds - to skies or feelings of flight. To help us remember those we have lost, or to remember precious memories. If you connect with this, please give me a follow and I will share more transformative artwork to ease your mind #mindfulness #interiors #myperiodhomestyle
“Robins appear when loved ones are near” - it’s no surprise to see why these are such popular birds. This is my second robin painting and I don’t think it’ll be my last! Limited edition prints will be available soon. DM me if you’d like the 1st edition ♥️🪶
The first Sandwich Terns have been spotted back at Sandwich Bay this week, a sure sign that spring is on its way.
After an extraordinary migration from West and South Africa, these elegant seabirds return to our shores each year to court, pair up, and nest along the shingle banks.
Their courtship is one of my favourite things to watch. A kind of aerial dance. Two birds turning towards one another in the open sky.
It was this moment that inspired my painting “Duet.”
A small glimpse into the tenderness and energy of the season as pairs reunite and begin again 🌟
Thanks @sandwichbirdobs for the work you do to educate us
This commission is full of love and symbolism. I love creating something so deeply personal. This photo from @kenyanbirder took my breath away. It was such a privilege to be able to adapt it in paint to a black crowned crane - the national bird of Nigeria 🇳🇬
“Halo” - 2026
Halo is inspired by the black crowned crane, a bird long associated with grace, dignity, and quiet authority. Known for its regal posture and radiant crown, the crane has been revered across cultures as a symbol of balance, devotion, and the sacredness of life.
In this painting, light gathers like a living presence. Not as spectacle, but as affirmation. The halo echoes the crane’s natural crown. A sign of inner worth rather than outward power. It speaks to self-possession, resilience, and the beauty of standing calmly in one’s truth.
Halo reflects a moment of recognition. Of honouring the journey taken and the strength earned along the way. It is a celebration of gentleness as strength, and of the quiet sovereignty carried by those who move through the world with grace, compassion, and resolve.
