We posted up a video yesterday of the Wireslinger welding up the ball joint cups and today that piece gets welded to the tube of the control arm. Connor knocking out a bridge assembly today for weld Wednesday. This bridge bolts between the rear notches and incorporates the upper bag mount or upper coilover mount, depending on the Dropmember configuration. It’s already been tacked together while in the jig to make sure it’s square and fits our specs. Starting the week off with another new chassis build! We always start by tacking all of the components together and checking fitment before final welding begins. This is the front frame rail section and the first real weld for this chassis.
