So it turns out the honey ants just eat so much sap that their entire abdomen expands until they can’t even move. Then they hang from the roof of the underground chamber until a worker ant comes up and strokes their lil antenna, which signals them to vomit up a drop of their sweet juice into the worker ant’s mouth????!!!!! Their entire life’s purpose is to just fill up and chill out
