In 1984, President of Laidler Capital, Bill Laidler's father Tim Laidler founded Police Judo and supported the development of the Odd Squad Productions Society and its inaugural documentary 'Through a Blue Lens', sharing impacts of addiction and mental health on the Downtown Eastside.
Now over 40 years later, Bill's Mom Deb Laidler is the President of Police Judo and the Law Enforcement Training Association.
