One week from today! Our first AC’s Table event of 2026 is a super special one. We’re welcoming a guest chef: our dear friend Jordan Rubin of @mr.tuna_maine and @crispygai in Portland, Maine.
For one night only, in partnership with @opentable , Jordan will be joining us at Poole’s iconic double horseshoe to serve an intimate five-course tasting menu that highlights his signature style: creative, Japanese-inspired dishes with a strong emphasis on sustainably sourced Maine seafood. Think of it as a coastal journey from Maine to North Carolina, all from your seat at the table.

Located in Downtown Raleigh this Southern comfort food restaurant by two time James Beard Award winner @ashley_christensen is a local icon and absolute must try! Sit on their horseshoe old fashioned counters for one of the best meals in Raleigh!
We started with their Marinated Avocado and Roasted Tomato, Leek and Gruyère Tart and they were amazing! We loved the Macaroni Au Gratin, Roast Half Chicken with Whipped Yukon Gold Potatoes and Slow Cooked Short Rib and Horseradish Creamed Greens & Onion Rings!
Save room for their Buttermilk Chocolate Cheesecake for dessert! Add this to your list of must try restaurants in Raleigh and make reservations asap!
