POOL Magazine pledges to support the Palestinian Call for Boycott, Divestment, and Sanctions (BDS) against Israel and the Palestinian Campaign for the Academic and Cultural Boycott of Israel (PACBI). We commit to abstain from collaboration with Israeli cultural and academic institutions, boycott cultural products commissioned or funded by an official Israeli body, and decline to participate in activities which normalize Israel’s occupation of Palestine. PACBI rejects, on principle, boycotts of individuals based on their identity (such as citizenship, race, gender, sex, religion) or opinion.
