The faux marbling work to the columns is going well and will soon be completed, we have now started on the fireplaces, which are in need of some careful restoration. The fire surround pictured here has been finished with a combination of faux marbling and wood graining techniques, they have unfortunately suffered a little damage over the years, it's a pleasure to be able to bring it back to its former glory.

Well this is all finally wrapped up, walls stripped and relined, holes filled, media wall built, then ceiling and media wall plastered, new skirting and architrave, new down lights, then most the walls and ceiling painted in @farrowandball dimity, woodwork London stone and the color wall was my own mix of their paint, 2.5l of Red Earth and then 150ml of picture gallery red 👌all the joints of the skirting and architrave were jointed with @oxerarepair 4hr epoxy to stop any cracks, all fillers for ceiling and walls was @toupretuk quick dry filler. Then the doors and woodwork had 2 coats of @polyvine_uk decorators varnish in satin then 1 coat in dead flat matt. #interiordesign #painting #decorating #reels #homedesign
