🌎Earth Day🌍 This morning I had the pleasure of working with @christopher_lee_creates and @makeupmadhouse This was yet another amazing experience at @dbgphx We arrived at 6am and sun slowly crept over the horizon giving us the most amazing light. First a soft even glow throughout the garden that slowly turned into the warm rays that pierced through the canopy and delivered to most dramatic display of what makes the world so beautiful.

Some shoots fill your memory cards, others… fill your heart! This was exactly one of those experiences. No invoice. no bill, no charge. @ginamamaratzzi works incredibly hard to bring those with Down’s syndrome into a world filled with love and care and I wanted to support that story. There’s something that happens when a dancer steps into the Desert Botanical Garden at golden hour… The light did more work than either of us, but she did the heavy lifting, and I just had to be ready. Last Sunday we chased the sun through the cactus corridor, found magic in the aloe garden, and stayed until the garden lit up and the desert turned purple. Three costume changes, one incredibly talented dancer, and dozens of frames I couldn’t stop admiring. ✨@dbgphx After Dark ✨ I was invited out to shoot the latest marketing images for the Desert Botanical Gardens latest feature, After Dark. Shoots like these can be really challenging because of the low light while shooting during regular hours. It’s always my goal to be as unseen as possible in any shoot and create images that convey a clean intimate look. We had to wait several times for the regular visitors to move through and enjoy the garden without disrupting their experience. But the patience paid off and we got some great shots of their latest display that truly lights up the night! #azlife #azliving #azphotographer #lowlight #colors

2026 LEO Classic ⛳️ Brought to you by @lawenforcementspecialists Last weekend I had the opportunity to support our boys in blue at @whirlwindgolf club for their 2026 LEO Classic. Events like these are exactly what keeps my passion and drive for the craft of photography at peak levels. Everyone was there for a good time supporting an amazing cause. The @holehecklers , despite saying the most terrible things, kept smiles on peoples faces for the whole day! Truly master of their craft! @stickit_steff showed the boys what a pro can really do! Whether it was driving on one leg only or hitting a driver way shorter than any sane person would attempt, she demonstrated what a professional is truly capable of all while making it look good! @mcsoaz even made a scene in their ultra high tech helicopter on full tilt! Went to my first Disc Golf event last weekend for the 2026 Memorial in Fountain Hills AZ. Regardless of the sport, it’s always fun to watch the best in the world do what they do. The level of accuracy and consistency to throw a disc hundreds of feet is quite the sight.
