Jean-Baptiste Courdesses joins Poly on Monday 4th of May to showcase his new release wines from South Australia. JB spent a year in Japan learning to brew Sake, prior to settling in the Adelaide Hills. So we will be pairing his current cuvées with an autumnal Japanese menu, born of the Poly wood-fire grill, and channeling the Izakayas of Tokyo where our Head Chef Angus McCall once called home. We will have a by-the-glass takeover consisting of JB’s wines, with JB roaming the tables to chat to interested guests. Food-wise we will be offering a set menu & pairing option - or if you’re feeling a bit more snacky - we’ll have you covered with an a la carte menu made up of all the usual Poly faves plus some of the special dishes being created for the set menu. Up to you to decide on the night. Any way you slice it, good times are a certainty. May the 4th be with you!

Sunshine of My Dreams! A very special blend of orange Muscat and Viognier. Bursting vivacity of fruit as Muscat does is restrained by the leaner Viognier component, leading to balance, vitality, savouriness and moreishness. Wine available exclusively at @poly_au and @ester_au who were very quick to get behind this little project that is in its third year now.
