Jean-Baptiste Courdesses joins Poly on Monday 4th of May to showcase his new release wines from South Australia.
JB spent a year in Japan learning to brew Sake, prior to settling in the Adelaide Hills. So we will be pairing his current cuvées with an autumnal Japanese menu, born of the Poly wood-fire grill, and channeling the Izakayas of Tokyo where our Head Chef Angus McCall once called home.
We will have a by-the-glass takeover consisting of JB’s wines, with JB roaming the tables to chat to interested guests. Food-wise we will be offering a set menu & pairing option - or if you’re feeling a bit more snacky - we’ll have you covered with an a la carte menu made up of all the usual Poly faves plus some of the special dishes being created for the set menu. Up to you to decide on the night.
Any way you slice it, good times are a certainty.
