SUMMER TIME seasonal menu In summer, food becomes a little simpler, while the flavours grow even brighter. We’ve refreshed the menu: adding more seasonal ingredients, fresh vegetables, herbs, chilled textures and dishes made for warm summer evenings. More fire. More barbecue. More smoke from the grill and wine in the glasses. The new summer menu is coming to the restaurant soon.
