Pollyester comes crawling on velvety paws, with synth drama by Daniel Nentwig and beats of love by Simon Popp. That very week our new single “Cocaine Decisions” hits the virtual space — one more reason to gather our bodies in a space so warm with friendship and love we can actually celebrate the birth hour of a young Pollyester baby. Excessive hugging. Extrovert dancing to the degree of embarrassment. That is the plan. The night before we demonstrate for women’s rights on March 8, before we elect new representatives for our old town. And isn’t it the best moment to celebrate our cute Charlie? Isn’t it one fine place to come together? Show us your grin. Show us your faces. We haven’t seen you in so long. Also — while we’re whispering in your ear — there’s more coming. Little bits first, then bigger pieces. Songs to make you stomp, sway, maybe even cry a little. Through the year we’ll drop them —  all of it leading to a full Pollyester album, eventually. For one night only at the closing of SPIELART Festival, they’ll shake the floorboards with an exclusive pre-listening of their upcoming new album.
