Five runners. Five completely different races.
Some races go to plan. Some fall apart and get rebuilt kilometer by kilometer. Some are won on fitness, most are won on something harder to measure. The marathon has a way of exposing exactly where that line is.
Copenhagen brought its own energy to the mix. The crowds, the city, the noise. When personal reserves ran low, the course had a habit of giving something back.
Each runner experienced those 42 kilometers in their own way. What they all shared was the will to keep going until the end. Now the race is done, the legs are heavy, and it’s time to rest and recover.
When you make it all the way to the start line, don’t let simple mistakes ruin your race. 🏁Avoid these common race day slip-ups, and give yourself the best shot at a strong finish.

Race week is here. The last week was a mixed one, with fluctuating stress, illness, and disrupted sleep, but also real wins in prioritising rest and recovery.
The data reflects it all, with sleep quality, stress and energy levels varying across the full spectrum. Still, the mood stays positive and excited, even with a touch of “maranoia” creeping in.
Now it’s about final details, dialing in nutrition, packing, and keeping things steady while focusing on recovery.
On Sunday, it all comes together.

Less than two weeks out from race day, the team is rolling into the taper after months of consistent training behind them. As the training load decreases, the focus shifts towards recovery. With more time opening up, it is important not to overload the calendar.
The past week has looked different for everyone. Some have been able to execute their program as planned and recover well, while others have dealt with obstacles such as illness and injuries.
Despite everything, excitement is building as race day gets closer ⋆˚࿔
Off the Charts follows five individuals preparing for the same demanding challenge of running a marathon. Different lives, different goals, different realities.
In a world where data is often polished and curated, we aim to present it more transparently, beyond just the highlights. Not perfect, not polished, just as it is.
