Couldn't get enough of Donosti this summer. This photo I was told was typical of the Basque beach as I was reluctant to take it. Mostly because I don't measure well depth. But the result was more than I could ask for.

Hace 2 meses decidí volver a mi isla. Después de 7 años viviendo fuera, me di cuenta que me frenaba la idea de la respuesta de una pregunta: "Ha valido la pena todo esto?"
Vivir en la isla no está fácil. Pero aquí andamos. No me imaginé estar aquí cuando empezó el año pero vamuayax.

Two bartenders live inside of me.
One works at a divey cocktail bar,
the other works and a hell of a nice restaurant.
Important mention to @julianbracero for the pics. Never missing on an oportunity to catch a great angle.
Last summer I got to spend time in Ejutla, Oaxaca watching how @banhezmezcalartesanal produces their mezcal. This is a cooperative of dozens of farmers harvest, and make their own mezcal featuring esembles, tepeztate, (my favorite) pechuga and tobalá. Over there I got to try espadin ancestral and their many “infused” mezcal that are not in sold in the market. Forever grateful for this opportunity.
