There are so many ways to train with us! Come to a clinic and get your velocity tested (and added to our NEW Velocity Leaderboard) go home and work on your program, get an individual assessment and then come back to a clinic in the future to compare!
Why is this important? The skill of positional throwing is something coaches notice! If you donāt move athletically, theyāll move on to someone who does. Itās about the overall movement of the athlete, the throw comes naturally from that. Being able to throw the ball from the outfield to home or 3B throw to 1st for the Double play can make ALL the difference in a game and thatās what coaches are looking for.

broke my exit velocity PR last week, in January I was 55, now Iām hitting 61!!!! but we did not get the 61 on cameraš¢ so we got the 60!!!! anyways thank you @kcsoftballdev for staying later with me and helping me get better over the winter!!!!
Clocked in at 56 back in January at Stars National Weekend at IMG Academy. Iāve been focusing on my high level throwing program since and recently clocked at 60 MPH! (Just didnāt get the pic š„²)
