We just published our zine online! link in our bio :) We sold out of physical copies at the @anarchistbookfairamsterdam , but will be creating more soon and spreading them around. Feel free to print and distribute, share with whoever would enjoy it or who really needs to hear about the pains caused by cultural appropriation. It can often be hard, especially for POC, to confront others on the issue of appropriation. This zine primarily tackles the hurt caused by the appropriation of black hairstyles, and explains how it is damaging to the struggle for black liberation. A lot of time and tears went into this, so we sincerely hope it makes a positive impact 🖤 a post summarizing our argumentation will follow soon! A huge thanks to all the kind black folks who contributed touching personal narratives about their hair journey, and to the bookfair for giving us a stall snuggled in between our friends of @anarchafemamsterdam and @autonomousstudentstruggle 💕 love and solidarity!

hey loves! this thursday we have another zine making session planned in, bipoc babes come draw, write, collage and chat with us :) the theme of our zine is bipoc experiences in anarchist spaces, interpret the theme as broadly as you wish. if you can't make it, feel free to email us your submission, we will risoprint the zine in november and debut it at this year's anarchist book fair in plantage dok.

On the 21st of September 2025, dutch cops shot 15 year old Jerry in the back while he was fleeing from them. The tragic brutality of this incident is not an isolated incident, but a manifestation of the racist violence that marks dutch society. Police enforces the increasingly white supremacist status quo, and not only in America does this cost lives. Tears and rage mark the death of this young boy.
