Tomorrow, my queens take the stage at Nationals.
And before the lights hit, before the music starts, before a single score is given… I need my royal court to know this:
I am already so proud of you.
My inaugural royal court.
The women who said yes before there was a legacy.
The women who trusted the vision before they could fully see the outcome.
When I stepped into this role, I knew I was building something special—but I had no idea just how blessed I would be by the women chosen to build it with me.
And somehow, I got more than I ever could have asked for in each of you.
You entered this process as accomplished, beautiful, capable women.
But watching who you have become through this journey has been even more powerful.
I am proud of the women you were when you walked in.
And I am proud of the women you are becoming because of this experience.
People will see the crowns, the gowns, and the stage lights.
What they won’t see are the sacrifices.
The long nights.
The moments of doubt.
The fears you had to push through.
The growth that happened when no one was watching.
That is where the real victory lives.
As your director, I may have poured into you—but the truth is, you have poured into me just as much.
You have taught me about resilience.
About sisterhood.
About trust.
About what it means to build something meaningful together.
It has been one of the greatest honors of my life to know you, to lead you, and to watch you grow.
No matter what happens on that stage this weekend:
You have already made me proud.
You have already made history.
You will forever be the first.
And no one can ever take that away from you.
Thank you for trusting me with your journey.

Thank you for helping me build the foundation of what NCR will become.
