A rough cut of what I made in 2025
Didn’t plan it, but I ended up making a few books.
Most aren’t meant to be read, they’re meant to save lives.
Fell in love with hand bookbinding along the way.
Wanna make a cool book? DM me.

A mash-up of my last summer #tb
I worked on a project assignment at @tamaartuniversity
The theme, “空気の特性を使ってデザイン提案する” (Using the properties of air to create a design), was truly fascinating. I drew inspiration from a primary school ‘self-inflation experiment,’ where mixing chemical substances produces CO₂
I explored this concept to create a self-inflatable splint, utilizing air pressure to press and stabilize injuries in emergency situations. It was an exciting challenge; experimenting with the perfect ratio of substances, finding materials that could hold air for a controlled duration, and shaping the form of self-inflation. After many trials and errors, I developed a prototype: a self-inflatable wrist splint.
’One-hand-holding → Gently turning’ are motions for observing our dearest plants. (such as cacti and succulents🌵) Tilting, turning, and observing plants used to be my morning ritual. This planter pot is for a cactus enthusiast.
