With millions of users and thousands of partners, @talabat is the leading delivery platform in the MENA region. But beyond just delivering orders, talabat aims to build meaningful connections and everyday experiences between people, brands, and communities.
Inspired by Gen Z and remix culture, we embraced the concept of being perfectly imperfect. Instead of chasing a rigid, corporate tone, the new identity leans into being realer than real. This creative approach brought to life not only a vibrant visual universe, but also a strong brand concept that seeks finding beauty in chaos across every brand asset.

With a deep commitment to delivering not just food and groceries, but a truly memorable experience, the brand needed a new identity that could reflect its mission and grow alongside it.
The new visual system introduces the HBox as a friendly, trustworthy character who brings the brand to life in every interaction. The result is a vibrant and straightforward identity, infused with just the right amount of joy, charisma, and warmth to match the spirit of the platform and its users.
