This week, Bromley FC defender Omar Sowunmi invited his teammates to test their athleticism in a full classical equipment Pilates session led by Charlie Christian.
This collaboration continues our mission to unite men, creating space for connection and conversation around divine masculinity—a strength that goes beyond muscle.
Hosted at Nobu Pilates, founded by Marsha Lindsay, where the 3 P’s—POWER, PRECISION, PURE—are more than just words. Safe to say, these men rose to the challenge.

Our first ever ‘Playrooms’ event, and what a way to kick things off, with Playmaker Films Creative Director @CarlyCussen leading a women-only workshop for International Women’s Month.
A huge thank you to all the creative women who came through, shared their energy, and got deep into the creative process with us! With everything from exercising your creative muscles to unpacking real briefs, Carly used her 20+ years in the game, showing how to turn inspiration into ideas.

I was genuinely a little nervous about sharing my creative process before the event. I’m an overthinker, but blimey, it was absolutely awesome to share the room and speak with these passionate and talented women!! I’ve never felt so at home, in my own home!!!
For our first ever Playrooms creative session, I could not have celebrated International Women’s Month with a more incredible group of ladies!!!
From unpacking briefs to exercising your creative muscles, we covered a little bit of everything that goes into channeling your creativity and how to turn inspiration into ideas.
