Roasted an extra large chicken-this big boy took 2 hours to cook 🙈 stuffed a whole lemon up its vag and added garlic cloves, hella olive oil and onion and rosemary. Skin was crispy, meat was tender-the next day I had chicken sandwhich w mayo, Parmesan, rocket, basil, pesto, tomatoes-one for martha as well-she enjoyed in the park. I’ve told everyone ive roasted a chicken, it’s the only thing I seem to be able to talk about 🕺
Incredible cauliflower cheese with a splash of mustard and leeks, sweet potato bites and a fresh green salad 🥗🤩🤩😉 enjoyed by Roisin and the whole of the dunsdon-Simmons family, accompanied by great banter and some beers to keep us cosy on this chilly April evening, we spoke about roisins friend who had an allergic reaction to hazelnuts, corin asked how old is she ? Weird.
Overall 8/10 but roisin has farted hard since so it’s going to a long night :(
This doesn’t look like much but boy was it good- aubergine, roasted, sauce was white miso, lemon juice, pomegranate molasses, honey, sesame oil, on top of rice- green beans and parsley mixed in, and some sesame seeds to top it all off- good meal 🕺ate it while watching it’s always sunny in Philadelphia. Feeling fulfilled 🤰
meal out for mila’s birthday, we ate gooooooood, whipped feta, mussels on toast, artichoke on toast, nearly choked with how tasty it was, mushroom orichette, chips with aioli, creamy spinach, cabbage thing, cauliflower. Thought small plates meant I was gunna be left hungry, I ended the meal feeling FULL. everyone looked American, kinda felt like we were in sex and the city. Apparently the waiter farted ? Hazel looked like she spawned from Edwardian times. PLATES WERE LICKED UP AND FOOD WAS ATE.
rip my couscous, it had it’s time, this gloopy meal got into this pretty 3D shape by the end, here’s a few shots of it in the bin 🥲sadly did not lick this until it was clean.
Martha’s first meal after turning 21, she’s loving it, the wings are crispy, the mango tangy, she seems happy eating it. it’s a little plate of flavours, which were only £1.80!from Waitrose 👊 what the hell, and a special spicy birthday sauce, drizzled on top. If only she was still in her birthday suit. :( She’s enjoying this song at the moment too 🕺
